Following some very negative comments on a 3rd party web site, it appears a number of people are confusing us with other companies who use a very similar name to ours. I hope the following will help avoid such confusion:
- We are Gold-Traders (UK) Ltd, based in Swindon.
- We are not called Gold Trader or Gold Trader Direct
- We do not have ‘reps’ who you can visit for a valuation
- We do not have any hidden fees or charges. The price we pay per gram for gold is clearly shown on our scrap gold prices page
- We do not send out 'free' envelopes.
