How would you like to be paid?

Choose the payment method that works best for you.

BACS payments are free-of-charge. They are usually issued on the day we receive your gold / precious metals (Monday to Friday). For most customers with a high street bank account, your money should show on your account on the day of payment. For payments over £20,000 you will need a CHAPS payment for the funds to reach your account on the same day.
Please note that PayPal will deduct transaction charges from the payment we make to you (approx. 3%). We are not responsible for these charges.
For security, we send cash payments via Royal Mail Special Delivery. To cover postage and handling fees, we charge £6.50, plus £0.30 for each £100. Cash payments are limited to a maximum of £2,500.

If you're unsure as to what you have, we can sort, test and supply you with a valuation. We do not charge any valuation or testing fees and if you decide not to sell, we return your items at our cost, not yours.

If you've stated the weight and purity of your items, your claim form will already give you an estimated value of your items, based on today's prices. If you tick this box, you must formally accept our valuation, prior to us issuing payment.
