The 2025 British Lion & American Eagle 1oz silver bullion coin is the second release in the series from The Royal Mint. John M. Mercanti, former Chief Engraver at the United States Mint, has set the two national emblems side by side in a new take on his original design.

Struck in 999 fine silver, the coin is UK legal tender with a face value of £2, so it's exempt from Capital Gains Tax for UK residents.
